DESTIHL Brewery crafted an Irish Stout, for the Polar Plunge season and St. Patrick’s Day, called “Inclusion” as a fundraiser for the Illinois Law Enforcement Torch Run, whose charitable efforts benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Illinois and the Unified spirit of the non-profit organization.

This Irish-style stout is medium-bodied and greets you with aromas and flavors from roasted malts, providing hints of caramel, chocolate and coffee, with a dry finish.
