The art of brewing can be difficult, tedious and imperfect to say the least. But sometimes, you just gotta poke around and see what happens. With that in mind, Pinch of Grace was created. Rather than brewing another traditional IPA, we decided to get a little eclectic, adding some citrus peels here and a touch of vanilla there. This long, strange brewing process led to a pretty unique brew with just a Pinch of Grace.

The hop profile provides pine and floral notes with the trademark bitterness found in a traditional IPA. But, the addition of the citrus peels add strong levels of orange and tangerine, while the vanilla creates an orange-whipped creaminess.
