Mr. Whiskey - Irish Whiskey Ipa Finish (750ml)

The spirit is double cask matured in first-fill bourbon casks and finally rested in Irish IPA beer casks.  The aroma is caramel, vanilla, malt, cinnamon, and oak.  Additional time in the glass brings out citrus and piney hops.  The sweet vanilla and caramel entry builds to a toffee, and malt peak.  It fades with citrus, green banana, and floral notes.  The finish is smooth and dry with oak, almond, creamy caramel, spice, and subtle citrus and piney hop taste.  Mr. Whiskey is a smooth and tasty Irish whiskey enhanced with the IPA cask finish, rather than dominated by it.  Jeff Ellingson.
