Technically off-dry at 14 g/L residual sugar, this can be added to the main part of a meal without being too sweet. There's a whiff of petrol in the nose, and the crisp apple fruit mixes in suggestions of citrus and tart pineapple. The finish seems to dry out a bit further but still semi-sweet, with a silky mouthfeel. 

Key lime zest and pith meet with a touch of petrol on the fresh nose of this bottling. The palate is quite sweet yet clean and fresh, showing flavors of orange blossom, rainbow sherbert and marmalade. 2018 Vintage.
